Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping charges cover shipping, handling, materials, and insurance. We ship UPS and USPS only to United States addresses.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) purchased for a full refund minus the original shipping costs and a $10 processing fee.
We only accept returns when you contact me within seven (7) days of delivery and ship items back to Lisa Maher Ceramics, 7318 Fay Avenue, La Jolla, CA 92037 within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Items must be received undamaged and in their original condition. A credit will be issued to the same credit card your order was processed with. If you are shipping an item to Lisa Maher Ceramics over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If a shipped item arrives damaged, We will file a claim with the shipper and refund your money as long as you document the breakage with photos of the broken pottery, photos of the packing materials used, and photos of any damage to the outside of the box. The shippers generally require this documentation before paying the claim.
